Spring is finally here! I am so excited to be able to spend time outside and, most importantly, to entertain! Outdoor dinner soirees are so much fun and really get people ready for summer. But what is an outdoor dinner without a perfect centerpiece? Flowers are always in vogue during the summertime, but get creative with fresh produce and unusual vases like teapots, soup cans and crates.

Here are 10 centerpieces for a summertime dinner soiree that really caught my eye:

Most produce is naturally a vibrant color, so why not incorporate some into your festive centerpieces? When you combine beautiful flowers with punchy fruits, you can throw them all into a box and make a million dollar centerpiece.

When you have a floral arrangement as breathtaking as the one above, it doesn’t even matter how small it is. Colored mason jars class up the centerpiece a little bit, too.

If hard-boiled eggs are on the menu, why not make a beautiful display out of them? When you’re doing your pre-soiree grocery run, keep in mind that multi-colored eggs look nicer. This is a fun centerpiece because it’s very out of the ordinary!

Instead of one big centerpiece, try scattering mason jars with a single flower in them all throughout the table. You could even do one at each table setting.

Fruits are a really nice add to a summertime centerpiece. Those lively colors really pop and contrast nicely with pink flowers. The extra touch is in the halved fruit!

You saw the box earlier, and now here’s a plain paper bag with some twine wrapped around it. It’s so simple, but so beautiful! The simple vase enables the entire focal point to be on the gorgeous flowers.

I love the idea of using a ceramic teapot as a centerpiece. Just add some baby’s breath and you’ve got yourself a gorgeous focal point for your summertime dinner soiree.

Here’s another fun idea in lieu of a centerpiece – scatter little pieces all around the table. I love the bud vases that hold one single flower. They are so delicate and elegant!

This year when you’re planning for your outdoor dinner soiree, consider using naturally beautiful produce, unconventional vases or mini floral arrangements scattered throughout the table.

Cheers to outdoor entertaining season!
