Tiffany Hanken Design worked closely with this Lakefront property owner in Grand Marais on Lake Superior. We did a full home design from front to back with a focus on northern cabin vibes meet modern luxury.

Once you reach out for a consultation, we will initiate a dialogue to understand your aspirations and way of life. Together, through mutual exploration and teamwork, we’ll brainstorm ways to rejuvenate your space or create brand new ones on new home projects.
Design Concept
After we define the overall scope of your project, we’ll conceptualize the creative direction of each space in the project. This starts with developing a color scheme and sourcing fabrics, furniture, fixtures, and materials. Quotes and pricing are researched. Every detail is considered.
Development
After we’ve reached a consensus on the design idea with you, we’ll further hone and polish it. Our methodical strategy involves examining every aspect of your project using our Design Philosophy and Structure as a guide. This ensures spaces that embody balance, symmetry, and proportion, all in the quest for a harmonious ambiance.
Proposal
At this stage, we’re prepared to present our design proposition to you. This detailed showcase encompasses technical layouts, elevations, chosen products, as well as material and finishing choices. Collaboratively, we’ll finalize the design and determine the next steps.
Implementation
This is when your vision comes to life. Once we’ve agreed on the direction and have finalized the details and logistics of your project, we’ll schedule your installation dates and provide world-class design service at every stage.
If your project involves a new home build or addition, we’ll work with your architect and contractor to ensure their teams manage installations as presented and expected.
