Morocco is full of colors, designs, textures and beautiful sceneries, so it’s no surprise that people are looking to this beautiful country for interior design inspiration. From the fabrics to the lanterns, Morocco is starting to pop up all over.

Here are some beautiful examples:

Nothing says Morocco quite like a beautiful sit-on-the-ground dining experience! Bright hues like the pinks and oranges in this picture are very typical of this interior décor theme.

These lanterns are so lovely and make any room extremely cozy. The deep purple pillows are oh-so-Moroccan, too.

This cute table (which you can find at West Elm) looks like it’s straight out of Morocco, and the beautiful teapot and cups just add to the experience.

I really like the white version of Moroccan style! Usually a Moroccan-themed room is pumped with colors, but this is a nice change.

The swinging bed, the colors, the ceiling treatment, the lanterns … there’s nothing non-Moroccan here!

Geometric shapes are a very big indicator of Moroccan style. Like you can see in this example, you can mix all different types of geometric shapes and it still looks great.

And finally, these pillows full of texture and dimension are perfect additions to a Moroccan-themed room. As always, have fun mixing and matching!

Have any of you ever gone with a Moroccan design? I’d love to see!
