I absolutely love terrariums and I think spring is the best time to welcome them into the home. Here are five reasons to get some terrariums ASAP:
They’re Gorgeous
Not only are terrariums gorgeous, but they can come in any shape, size, design or theme. If you type terrariums into Pinterest you’ll see just how beautiful and varied they can be.
They’re Easy to Care For
Terrariums recycle their moisture so they require very little attention. They only need to be watered when they dry up a little bit, which is typically just once every few weeks. When you water them, use something like a turkey baster so as not to overwater.
You Can Dress Them Up
Terrariums make good homes for cute figurines like the ones above. And don’t worry – a little animal or house won’t hurt the plant (just make sure it’s not too heavy).
They Make Great Centerpieces
The centerpieces above speak for themselves I think! Perhaps the best thing about terrariums is how varied they can be. Just look at all the different vases, bowls and jars they can come in.
