Flatware and Dinnerware
When throwing a dinner party we often times worry so much about the food, beverages and décor that we forget about something very important: the table setting! A proper table setting makes the world of a difference and can truly set the tone of the occasion (even if it’s just having a couple of friends over for a casual meal). The three essentials of a table setting are the cutlery, the dinnerware and the glassware. As you’ll see below, the choices you make in those three essentials can really change the mood of the meal.
Don’t underestimate the experience that eccentric and fun silverware can bring to a dinner party! Even if it’s casual, cutlery adds some lovely extra pizzazz. You wouldn’t think that something as simple as a spoon could have much design to it, but you’d be surprised! Here are some fun themes:
