Color combinations this year are just about as stunning as they get! And now that I’m aware of them I’m seeing them in nature and fashion as well as in magazine pages and houses all over. These are three of the hottest color combinations of 2015:

Chartreuse + Lavender

This is the most muted and neutral palette of this year’s color combination trends. It evokes a refreshing springtime effect with its eye-catching contrast, while simultaneously putting you at ease. You can choose a high saturation and vibrant version of these colors or stick to a more pastel style. Either way, chartreuse and lavender look great together!

Cerulean Blue + Yellow

Oftentimes trendy color combinations are inspired by nature’s perfect mixing and matching of patterns and colors. Like the beautiful peacock feather, cerulean blue and yellow are one of this year’s great combinations. Runways and fashion blogs are also being flooded with this spectacular combo. Here are some great examples of the mixing of these two primary colors:

Teal + Copper

Last but not least is my favorite color combination of the year: teal and copper. Whether we’re talking about copper-colored fabrics or real copper pans or appliances, these two colors get along famously. Perhaps inspired by the gorgeous photo of Carole Lombard below, this color trend has stuck for years. It looks as though it’s going to be increasingly popular this year, though, and I for one am excited about it!
